The short version
We use a small number of affiliate links to keep Solo Business Toolkit free. If you click one and buy something, we may receive a commission from the seller. The price you pay is unchanged.
Where the disclosure appears
- On every article that contains an affiliate link, a disclosure box appears above the first paragraph, before you reach any recommendation.
- Next to the first affiliate link in the article, a small "Affiliate link" badge is shown so the commercial nature of that link is visible in context.
- Below every affiliate button, with a note reading "Affiliate link — we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you."
- In the site footer, on every page.
- On this page, which you are reading now.
Which links are affiliate links
Affiliate links currently point to https://systeme.io/ and are marked in
the HTML with rel="sponsored nofollow". We track them per article and per
placement so we can see which recommendations are genuinely useful.
What this never affects
- Our recommendations. Whether a link earns a commission has no effect on whether we recommend the product. If a tool is not worth using, we say so.
- What we write about. A commission never changes the advice, the price guidance, or the conclusions in an article.
- The order of recommendations. Where a link appears is decided by relevance to the topic, not by commission rate.
Our rule for what we recommend
We only link to services we have used ourselves in running a small online business. If a tool stops being worth its price, we change the article — we do not keep a link live because it pays.
